Our Team

Mark Fouracre is JES’s highly experienced Operations/Site Manager with a robust background in mechanical engineering, established through 23 years of industry experience.

His career began as a pipe-fitting apprentice with AMEC in 2001, where he quickly demonstrated his aptitude for the ‘black trades’. Since joining JES in 2007, Mark has worked diligently and with commitment to progress through various roles within the company. From highly skilled tradesman to Supervisor and now with the benefit of all his experience and vast industry knowledge, Mark serves as a vital, valued and trusted member of JES’s senior management team.

Specialising in all aspects of pipework, fabrication and installation, Mark has been entrusted with overseeing JES’s longest-standing contract at Tata's Port Talbot steelworks' Energy Department. His meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment, and ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards have earned him recognition and respect from peers, colleagues and customers alike.

Known for his organisational skills, reliability and dedication to his work, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Beyond his professional achievements, he embodies the JES company ethos by actively contributing to community sports, initially as a player with Cwmavon Football Club then as a coach and mentor for young players. Today, he serves as a senior club official, involved in administration, fundraising and the day-to-day operations of the club.

Mark’s blend of professional expertise and community involvement makes him an invaluable asset to JES and a highly respected figure in both his industry and the local community.
